Have you ever experienced rejection from your family, relatives, or even people from your hometown? If yes, then how did you cope with it? Today's episode will focus on Mark 6:1-6 where we will see how Jesus dealt with rejection from his family and acquaintances while his disciples observed. We will also explore Jesus's hometown and try to comprehend why his family and others were offended.
Thank you for joining me for Bible Study, and I would like you to partner with me on a mission to share the Bible with others.  Would you be willing to share this episode with three people? I appreciate it.

In Mark 5:21-24 and 35-43, we see the story of Jairus, who approached Jesus to heal his daughter. Unfortunately, Jesus was delayed; by the time he arrived, Jairus' daughter had already passed away. Despite this, Jesus told Jairus to "DO NOT FEAR, ONLY BELIEVE." What followed next was a miraculous event demonstrating the power of Jesus's touch that brought the girl back to life.
In our Bible study, we discussed several questions related to this story. We will talk about who Jairus was and why this story is essential. We will also learn a little about mourning in the Jewish culture and what Jesus demonstrated through this story. Lastly, we explored the lessons we can learn from this event and how to apply them to our lives.
4 Questions from our Bible Study.
1 Who is Jairus, and why is this story important?
2. What does Jesus demonstrate in this story?
3. What was the mourning tradition in the Jewish culture?
4. What can I learn from this story?

Jairus sees Jesus in the crowd and rushes to get him, for his daughter is dying. Meanwhile, a woman with a health condition presses her way through the crowd, hoping no one will notice her.  She is determined to get to Jesus. She tells herself, "If I touch even his garments, I will be made well."
Have you ever found yourself in a desperate need to receive healing for yourself or a loved one?
Our Bible study will involve two people with different situations who knew they needed someone to do something they could not do for themselves. Join me as we unpack Mark 5:21-34.

However, to the surprise of Jesus and his followers, the people reacted with fear and asked him to leave their land. This fascinating Bible Story prompts us to reflect on the nature of our world.
