Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand

In Mark 6:30 -44, Jesus saw a huge crowd and felt compassion for them. He taught them many things, and when it started getting late, instead of sending them home, He miraculously fed them with just five loaves and two fish. This showed God's amazing provision and love! 

The Death of John the Baptist

In Mark 6:14-29, we read about an incident that occurred during Herod Antipas's birthday banquet. What started as a celebration turned into a tragedy with the beheading of John the Baptist. In this particular Bible study, we will delve deeper into the reasons why Herodias, Herod's wife, wanted John the Baptist dead. We will also explore how she used her daughter to seize the opportunity to achieve her vicious intentions. Let's examine the details of this event together.

Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles

Happy New Year to everyone! We are starting 2024 by announcing a 10-week Bible Study Challenge. In this episode, I will provide you with more details about the challenge. Today's Bible Study is about Jesus sending out the 12 Apostles. During the study, we will delve deep into the history of the word 'apostle' and its meaning. I am always eager to learn, and this study helped me gain a better understanding of the responsibilities of the Twelve Apostles during Jesus' time, as well as the role that the Apostles play in today's church.

The Giver And The Gift

I have an important message to share in this episode called 'The Giver and the Gift.' Although this message is being released a little late, you can still listen to it, even if it's after Christmas. It's a message that you don't want to miss.

Jesus Rejected at Nazareth

Have you ever experienced rejection from your family, relatives, or even people from your hometown? If yes, then how did you cope with it? We will also explore Jesus's hometown and try to comprehend why his family and others were offended.

Jesus Heals a Woman and Jairus’s Daughter Pt.2

In Mark 5:21-24 and 35-43, we see the story of Jairus, who approached Jesus to heal his daughter. Unfortunately, Jesus was delayed; by the time he arrived, Jairus' daughter had already passed away. Despite this, Jesus told Jairus to "DO NOT FEAR, ONLY BELIEVE." What followed next was a miraculous event demonstrating the power of Jesus's touch that brought the girl back to life. 
In our Bible study, we discussed several questions related to this story. We will talk about who Jairus was and why this story is essential. We will also learn a little about mourning in the Jewish culture and what Jesus demonstrated through this story. Lastly, we explored the lessons we can learn from this event and how to apply them to our lives.

Jesus Heals a Woman and Jairus Daughter Pt.1

Jairus sees Jesus in the crowd and rushes to get him, for his daughter is dying. Meanwhile, a woman with a health condition presses her way through the crowd, hoping no one will notice her.  She is determined to get to Jesus. She tells herself, "If I touch even his garments, I will be made well."

Jesus Heals a Man with a Demon

Jesus healed a demon-possessed man in this location, providing much-needed relief to the locals. However, to the surprise of Jesus and his followers, the people reacted with fear and asked him to leave their land. This fascinating Bible Story prompts us to reflect on the nature of our world.
