Today's Bible Study is about Jesus sending out the 12 Apostles. During the study, we will delve deep into the history of the word 'apostle' and its meaning. I am always eager to learn, and this study helped me gain a better understanding of the responsibilities of the Twelve Apostles during Jesus' time, as well as the role that the Apostles play in today's church.

In Mark 5:21-24 and 35-43, we see the story of Jairus, who approached Jesus to heal his daughter. Unfortunately, Jesus was delayed; by the time he arrived, Jairus' daughter had already passed away. Despite this, Jesus told Jairus to "DO NOT FEAR, ONLY BELIEVE." What followed next was a miraculous event demonstrating the power of Jesus's touch that brought the girl back to life.
In our Bible study, we discussed several questions related to this story. We will talk about who Jairus was and why this story is essential. We will also learn a little about mourning in the Jewish culture and what Jesus demonstrated through this story. Lastly, we explored the lessons we can learn from this event and how to apply them to our lives.
